The Opportunity As Clinical Nurse Manager, you'll lead daily clinical operations within a medium-sized residential aged care facility. You'll support, guide and empower your clinical and care teams, ensuring best-practice care planning, compliance, and resident wellbeing. Your leadership will shape culture, uplift standards, and ensure residents feel safe, valued and supported. Key Focus Areas Lead & Inspire: Coach and mentor a multidisciplinary team, building capability, confidence and a positive workplace culture. Clinical Excellence: Oversee assessments, care plans, documentation and clinical governance aligned with accreditation requirements. Quality & Risk: Drive continuous improvement initiatives and champion safe, effective clinical practice. Resident Advocacy: Keep care personal, respectful and responsive to individual needs and preferences. Compliance: Maintain strong governance and uphold all relevant legislative standards.
